He gets a little worked up emotionally when talking about having to leave the show to pursue his dream. He is sincere about how much he loves the cast and crew of the show, how much they all seem like family. He did not want to leave and only the realization that his time on Earth was finite and he so many other deeds left to accomplish prompted his decision.
