See that smeary yellow stuff at the top of the pic? That was a chandelier, of sorts, very dimly lit. That, incandescent down lights, and intermittent spotlight bulbs seem to have been the bulk of the lighting. I've learned to look through the viewfinder rather than at the LCD screen to judge what a digital camera is capturing. The hard way.
