Bloedel Conservatory and Elizabeth Park. Even if you had never seen an episode of Stargate, this would be a worthwhile stop. Stunning gardens, highest point in the city gives you unparalleled vistas, and an absolutely divine conservatory. Plan to hike (it's uphill for us flatlanders) but the payoff more than compensates for the effort.
